• IT "Open Requests"

• Facilities Work Orders "Open Change Orders"

 

 

How to modify and view your open tickets

 

• Click on request number to view/modify content of ticket.

 

 

There are four options available for ticket modification:

 

• Edit Request: Click here to modify feilds within a ticket.

 

 

• Add Comment: Click here to provide additional information such as a reply to a manual notify.

 

 

• Attach Document: Click here to attach supporting documentation by first locating a file, followed by a save.

 

 

• Close Request: Click here to save/complete the request.
